Once the tool is up to speed, move the planer forward. When starting, exert more pressure at

the front of the planer; when finishing, exert more at the rear.

The routing or planing results depend on the speed and depth. The depth can be increased for

simple jobs.

Planing comerse

For routing as indicated in Figure 5,align the V-shaped prove in the front cover with the edge of

the piece being parked and then start planing.

(B)

The planer depth can be adjusted from 0 to 3mm.

To increase the planing depth, turn the depth adjustment knob clockwise.

To decrease the planing depth, turn the adjusting knob counter clockwise.

socket wrench.

You can remove either the blade alone or both the outer cover and the blade and then insert the

blade. The new blade must be the same size and weight as the old one; otherwise the

spindleWill vibrate, the cutting quality will be poor and the tool may be damaged.

To install the blade, mount on the guiding rule such that the blade edge touches the guide piece.

Then position the inner cover on the blade such that the curved end touches the rear of the

guiding rule over its entire length and then replace the screws. Tighten the screws of the inner

cover. Once they are light, mount the blade on the spindle such that the curved end of the inner

cover enters the respective spindle groove. Finally, tighten the three screws with the socket

wrench.

CAUTION

.

When mounting the blade on the spindle, the screws must be tight.Otherwise, serious personal

injury may result! Always check that the screws are tight and the blade is properly positioned.

The blade edge and the sole must be paralled. Otherwise the wood surface will not be flatted

and even. An example of a right and wrong installation is shown below.
