FAULT DIAGNOSIS
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator. If the machine is still not working, please contact your local Service Agent:

Machine is not working
Lack of voltage/electrical supply
Check fuse *, power cord, plug
and socket outlet
Switch interlock incorrectly
operated
Check operating procedures
shown in pictorial user guide
Overload cut-out operated
Check brush/pad for wear and
replace if required
Wait 30 minutes to allow the
motor temperature to reach
room temperature. Then try
again.
Machine wobbles or vibrates
excessively
Pad worn or damaged
Replace pad
Dirty pad
Clean the pad
Loose pad
Check drive board for signs of
damage
Pad is off centre
Reposition pad
* If the fuse blows several times, the machine should be checked by an authorised Service Agent.
