power saving function
The TAD-D600 is factory set to the
ECO ON
mode (power-saving mode), so that it automatically enters the standby mode
when unused for 30 minutes.
The power-saving mode can be changed as follows:
Press the main unit’s front panel

button (or the remote control unit’s DISC PLAYER
button) to set the TAD-D600 to
the standby mode1
The power unit’s front panel power indicator will light red.

Suppress SacD output level for listening
When playing SACD, if the output is too high and produces distorted sound, this setting will lower the output level to make
for easier listening. At the time of purchase, the factory default setting is DSD modulation
50 %
(high output level).
While holding the main unit’s front panel

Each time the button is depressed the output level alternates between
50 %
(high output) and
100 %
(low output).
High Sampling Mode Output
Allows conversion of digital music sampling rate to 44.1 kHz for digital output. At time of purchase, the factory default
sampling rate is set by the upsampling converter to
8812 kHz
.

4411 kHz
and
8812 kHz
. Note that in the case of
SACD, the sampling rate is fixed at
4411 kHz
