When your company is equipped with a Call Accounting System, call statistics
are printed through the Station Message Detailed Records (SMDR) report. The
Call Accounting System is defined system-wide and among the various types
of statistics that the report gives is cost monitoring or pulse metering, which
can be assigned to a particular client account number. The printout includes the
date and time that the conversation took place. When activated, the Account
Code is useful in facilitating billing by individuals regardless of Client
Account.
To activate Account Code from idle:
1. Press
[ACCOUNT CODE]
or dial feature code #1990.

2. Dial the account number.
3. Press outside line key or dial the access code for an outside line.
