Call Forward
Calls arriving at your station can be forwarded to ring at various destinations,
depending on the state of the terminal (all, busy, no answer, timed). Your
FlexSet can distinguish between calls arriving from an internal or external
source when forwarding (see
“Internal/External Forwarding” on page 38
).
Possible forward destinations are
operator, station/group, external number via
public and private speed call library, DVMS pre-recorded message, UNA/
central bell, group call, or network number (and the station itself for external
calls)

page 39
for forwarding procedure).

All Calls:
Forwards all your incoming calls to a designated station. The

destination can call back or return calls to your telephone, and you can still
place outgoing calls from your telephone. A user lifting handset at a station
with activated Call Forward All hears a distinctive dial tone.

Busy:
Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when your

telephone is busy.

No Answer:
Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when you
( E ) F W D N O A N S
do not answer within a system-defined number of rings.
•
Busy/No Answer:
Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when

your telephone is busy, or when you do not answer within a predefined
number of rings.

Timed:
Forwards your incoming calls to another destination, for a time
( E ) F W D T I M E D
period determined by the system. The system defined time can include up to
two separate time periods, for example, between 12:00pm and 12:30pm and
between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. Please use the form on the right, to document
the system-defined time periods.
