This feature enables the system to identify the ACD group agent when joining
the system for the first time during a session. Once your ID number is
registered in the system for the first time, you can join as many ACD groups as
required. As long as you are logged into at least one ACD group, your ID
number will remain in the system. However, once you have logged out of the
last group, your ID number will be erased from the system. Entering an ACD
group requires reloading your ID.
To Load your ID Number:
1. Press
[LOAD ID]
or dial feature code #1973.

2. Dial your ID number (4 digits).

3. Listen for the confirmation tone.

Note:
Only one ID number is allowed per station, any additional Load ID
replaces the current one. The ID number can be changed as many
times as needed.
You can load a different ID while logged in. This may be applicable if
another agent takes over your station and wants to continue
operating it without logging in.
