Broker/Consultation/3-Way Conference call
While engaged in an established FlexiCall or IRSS call, you can use one of the options listed below, as defined by your Coral
station Class of Service.

Function
Use to:
Broker Call
To activate a Broker call:
1. Dial *2
.
2. Dial the third party and wait for an answer.
3. Dial *2 to alternate between parties (any number of times).
When you hang up, the other parties will remain in conversation.
Consultation Call
To activate a Consultation call:
1. Dial *2.
2. Dial the number of the person you wish to consult with.
3. When your conversation is concluded, dial *2 to return to the original call. The consulted party
will be released.
3-Way Conference
Call
To activate a 3-Way Conference call:
1. Dial *2.
2. Dial the number of the person you wish to add on to the call.
3. When the party answers, dial *2 for a 3-way call.
Combination of

Calls
To activate any combination of Broker/Consultation/3-Way Conference calls:
1. Dial *2.
2. Dial the third party number and wait for an answer.
3. Dial *2. The third party is put on hold.
4. When you have concluded your private conversation, dial

2 to complete a 3-way Conference call.
