sure which functions have been preprogrammed for your ra-
dio, consult your fleet manager.

The LCD display window is optimised to provide rapid access
to information and messages concerning the progress of your
call and the status of your radio.

Switch the radio on by pressing the ON/OFF key and holding it
briefly until you hear two short tones.
The current volume setting is displayed. The number of bars
indicates the setting, with a maximum of ten. (To change this
value, see Adjusting the Volume, below.)
This display also shows the current channel setting, and any
operation controls in effect.

Switch the radio off by pressing the ON/OFF key and holding it
briefly until the display goes blank. If "Key Beeps" is enabled, a
tone sounds before the radio shuts off.
The T3010
II
retains its volume setting and some other set-
tings when it is turned off. When it is next turned on it uses
these settings.
