9. Bracket Lever
The Br�cket levers are set at both ends of
the KR needle bed. They are used for letting
down the ribber
• Normal Position
It ,s the highest and working position
To return to working positron. push up the
ribber wrth both hands as h,gh as rt will go
until 1t stays stall without holding
•Thicker Yarn Knitting Pos111on - (2 mrn
down)
Pull up the levers and the ribberwdl come
down. Use this position when you knit
thicker yarn (more than 5 ply)
II you push back the ribber to Normal
Position the levers will come down again.
•Middle Position - {17 mm down)
Push down the levers from Normal
Pos1t1on or Thicker Yarn Knitting Position
and the ribber will come down one step
This pos1t1on 1s used for p1Cking up
rJropped stitches and seeing your knrttrng

• Lowest Pos1t1on - (4 7 mm down)
Push down the levers again and the ribber
wilt come down one more step (the
lowest). This pos1t1on 1s used for srngle
bed knitting without removing the ribber.
