1. If the cell phone or PC has been connected with the sound card correctly. Reconnect
and try again.
2. Check if the recording volume has been decreased. Try to increase it and check the
result.
3. Check if the microphone volume of the recording software is decreased too much,
adjust the volume and check the result.

correctly.Reconnect and try again.
2. When the cell phone has monitor function, please disable the monitor function of
APP.
In PC live broadcast free chatting mode, the mixing function will send your
counterpart voice to you and then to the platform. This leads to two voices in the
platform. Please disable the mixing function in free chatting mode.
When the effect is switched to electronic sound mode, the ducking function is
closed.
