Tap Join Group to join the group. Press Menu and
choose Exit if you change your mind about joining.
If you have never participated in a takwak group be-
fore and/or are not known to the group manager,
press Menu and choose
Transmit contact info
.
This activates Bluetooth on your tw700 and transmits
a special takwak code to the group manager. Blue-
tooth scanning requires the pairing devices to be closer
together than about 10 m. See

Return To Group
This button is only available if you have participated in
a group in the past. It lets you rejoin the group you be-
longed to most recently without having to ask another
group member to invite you. You can only return to
groups which are still active. Groups are considered to
be active if at least one group member is still in the
group. Group membership finishes when a group
member exits the twOutdoor app or switches off the
tw700 (but not if the device loses contact to the
takwak server, e.g. due to a radio hole). If everyone
leaves a group and another group is formed with the
same members, this is treated as a new group.
