Remove all notes from the stacker
and repeat the count.

Remove all notes from the stacker,
remove the invalid domination
note and repeat count.

Remove notes and recommence

Remove all the notes from the
stacker. Remove the suspect from
bundle and repeat the count.
Maybe adjust the feed gap setting

shows that a higher value than
originally requested has been
dispensed.
Replace notes with a lower value
in the hopper.
FAULt
A fault has been detected in the
machine.
Switch off the machine and contact
your local agent’s service
engineer.

Dust from the banknotes is
obstructing the machine’s sensors
Clean the machine internally.

Lid
The top of the machine has been
opened to allow for a jammed note
to be removed or for cleaning.
Ensure the lid is closed correctly
and that both release latches are
secure. Press the START/STOP
key to clear the display.

In dispense mode, the dispense
amount cannot be completed
because the denomination set is
larger than the remaining value
required.
Check and clean the transport.
Remove all notes and repeat the
count.

A selected detector failed to start
properly. The icon for the affected
detector will flash.
This may be too dirt in the
transport path.
Check and clean the transport.
