(ii) Approximate date of purchase

as much information as possible including photographs if necessary

A warranty case number will be provided as soon as possible and instructions on the
appropriate action will be given

If warranty service is required, the product is to be returned in its original packaging (or
substantial alternative) by prepaid freight. Please use warranty case number as a reference

Seller is not responsible for Product whilst in transit for loss or damage. Insured delivery
by courier with proof of delivery is recommended

Return freight will be paid by Seller after repair or replacement within reasonable timeframe

13. How to Make a Warranty Claim
WARRANTY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any
other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired
or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
major failure
