Please read all instructions before attempting to unpack, install or operate this
product, and before connecting the power supply. Please keep the following in mind as
you unpack and install this product:
• This product is a low voltage AC device.
• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the product to rain or
moisture.
• Do not expose the product to dripping or splashing, and do not place objects filled
with liquids, such as vases, on or near the product.
• Do not place naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, on or near the product.
• As with any electronic product, use care not to spill liquids into any part of the
product. Exposure to liquids may create a failure and / or fire hazard. If a liquid
spills near or into any part of the product, unplug the product immediately and
contact your authorised Edwards Audio dealer.
• You can clean this product with a damp cloth when necessary, but be sure to isolate
and unplug the product first. To cut off the power source, unplug the product from
the wall outlet.
• Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords or adaptors beyond their capacity as
this can result in fire or electric shock.
• Be sure to use the supplied AC power cords and ensure it is appropriate for your
country of use.
• Before connecting the AC power cord to the power supply unit, make sure the
voltage of the power supply unit, as marked on the label at its bottom, corresponds
to the local electricity supply.
• Be sure to hold the plug, not the cord, when disconnecting the product from an
electric socket.
• Power supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked on or
pinched by items placed upon or against them. Be sure to pay particular attention
to cords at the plug end, adaptors and the point where they exit from the product.
• If this product does not operate normally, in particular, if there are any unusual
sounds or smells, unplug it immediately and contact your authorised Edwards Audio
dealer.
• Unplug this product from the AC outlet before attempting any service work.
• Only qualified service personnel should remove the power supply unit cover.
