Create a vocabulary button
Edit button window
Buttons can contain a variety of
Button Actions
(speaking, navigating,
etc.) that activate when the button is pressed. For a button to speak a
message when it is pressed, it must contain the
Speech Message Button
Action
.
In
Edit Mode
, tap the button you
wish to edit >
Edit This Button
.
Button Label
Type the label that will be visible on
the button.
Button Message
Type the message to be spoken
aloud when the button is pressed.
Note: A button must contain the “Speech
Message” Button Action (at the bottom of
the Edit Button window) in order for it to
speak the specified message.
Button Photo
To choose an image, tap
Select
Image
.
Alternately, to take a photo with the
Camera
, or access the photos you
have taken in the Image Library,
tap
Import Image
.
