Increases sensitivity for audio detection on low level lines. For
situations where voice or busy signals have trouble breaking over
the speaker.
NOTE:
Microphone sensitivity is microprocessor controlled and allows the microphone gain to be
automatically increased in a quiet environment
—allowing the answering point (receiving end) to
clearly hear even soft or distant sounds.
The microprocessor will automatically reduce the microphone sensitivity when the local environment
becomes noisy. This Automatic Noise Canceling (ANC) feature allows for intelligible two-way hands-
free communication even in environments with the presence of diesel engine or vehicular traffic noise.
