8.2 Bath Section Part replacement

Caution: Be careful not to catch the
rubber tubing for washing.
8.2.1 Removing Bath
1) Remove the back plate of the main unit.
Disconnect the ventilation fan and the gas
detector from the relay connectors.
2) Disconnect the lead wires of the heater and
the fluorescent lamp from the terminal board.
3) Disconnect the piping for overflow and
cooling on the main unit side.
4) Remove the viscometer holder.
5) Disconnect the tubing that connects to the
dispensing head for the cleaning agent.
6) Remove the front plates (upper and lower) at
the top of the bath.
7) Remove the position detection sensor for the
cleaning agent dispensing head and the
temperature sensor and disconnect each
metal connector.
8) Disconnect the light guide from the panel.
9) Unscrew the securing screws from the
bottom on each side of the bath and pull the
bath out.
8.2.2 Removing the top lid of the bath
1) Unscrew the four screws that secure the top
plate of the light guide holder and remove the
light guide holder.
2) Unscrew the 10 setscrews from the top lid of
the bath.
3) Lift the top lid of the bath straight up to remove.
Since the removed top lid is unstable, put it in a
safe place. Do not apply force to the agitation
shaft, since it may cause shaft deflection.
