8.2.9 Replacing the optical projector/receiver board
1) Remove the front plate (upper) at the top of
the bath.
2) Remove the optical projector/receiver panel
from the main unit and extract it.
3) There is an optical projector/receiver board at
the back of the panel. Disconnect the
connectors and unscrew the eight setscrews
to remove the board. (See Fig. 36)
8.2.10 Suction pump
8.2.10.1 Replacing the diaphragm (when the suction force has become weak)
1) Unscrew the four screws around the pump head. (See Fig. 37)
2) Unscrew the diaphragm setscrews inside and replace the diaphragm.
8.2.10.2 Replacing the suction pump
1) Place the bath about 10 cm away from the main unit (after removing the bath).
2) Disconnect the suction pump lead wire from the terminal board and remove the piping.
3) Undo the four nuts at the rubber cushion. (See Fig. 38)
4) Remove the suction pump backward together with the cradle and replace the pump outside.
