8.2.11 Replacing the solenoid valve
8.2.11.1 Replacing the plunger (when the solenoid valve is located the place
where the plunger can be replaced easily.)
1) Remove the clip from the solenoid valve top and extract the coil section.
2) Remove the body by rotating it using a wrench.
3) Replace the internal plunger.
8.2.11.2 Replacing the solenoid valve (when the solenoid valve is located the
place where the plunger cannot be replaced easily)
1) Disconnect the solenoid valve lead wire from
the terminal board.
2) Disconnect the piping leading to the solenoid
valve.
3) Remove the solenoid valve mounting screws
from the back of the solenoid valve mounting
board. (See Fig. 39)
4) Take the ring joint and the hose nipple off from
old solenoid valve, and then attach them to a
new solenoid valve.
5) Install the new solenoid valve in reverse order.
8.2.12 Aligning the solvent dispenser head and the viscometer
1) Remove the viscometer holder.
2) Loosen the stand mounting nuts of the
cleaning agent dispensing head and adjust
the head position. Position adjustment may be
repeated a few times after the viscometer has
been set. (See Fig. 40)
3) Once its position has been determined, fasten
the nuts.
