3. Operation
3.1 Power ON
Turn the MAIN switch ON. A message screen as illustrated in
Fig. 4
appears on the control Unit
display.

3.2 Entering a Barometric Pressure Value (not necessary when built-in pressure sensor is
equipped)
APM-7 is capable of making automatic correction for barometric pressure by entering the
barometric pressure reading through the control panel. Enter the barometric pressure before a flash
point test starts as follows:

Enter the barometric pressure reading that was obtained from a calibrated barometer using the
four arrow keys (
Left-Right, Up-Down
keys).
