1.1 Heater Output Flow 

· Start: The initial heat is calculated and output (base  initial heater). 

· 1 min (water), 2 min (glycerin) later: The initial heater is turned off for the base heater 

and bias heater output. 

· Auto start temperature: Auto control starts when the temperature rise rate has reached

C/min. 

Until then, the above heater output remains ON. 

· Auto control start: The heater output is calculated from the PID constant. 

The heater output limit is calculated and the heater output (base bias heater) 

is limited. Then the result is output.
