A Parameters Savable (PS) bit of zero indicates that the supported parameters cannot be
saved.
Module Configuration
The module configuration byte defines the hardware configuration. The
format of the module configuration field is as follows:

Drives
Slots
A mail bit of zero indicates that this module is not configured as a mail slot
(Import/Export) element. This bit is always set to zero.
Drives
The drives field specifies the number of drive (data transfer) elements
contained in this module. A value of 00b specifies no drives. A value of 01b
specifies one drive.
Slots
The slots field specifies the number of storage elements configured in this
module.
