Installation
MOUNTING:
Combi-Oven Applications
If combi-oven does not already have mounting holes for reel, ensure placing new
mounting holes will not void warranty of oven or aff ect safety or function of oven before
proceeding.
Reel must be mounted on underside of horizontal surface.
• Align hose reel mounting holes to combi-oven holes with spray valve facing toward
front of oven.
• Use installer-provided mounting hardware to secure reel to oven.
MOUNTING:
Light-Duty Rinsing Applications
The hose reel must be mounted on underside of a horizontal surface using 4 of the
attachment points (one in each corner) using installer-provided hardware.

• Ratchet “clicks” 23 times every full revolution.
• To latch reel, slowly pull out hose and allow it to retract between clicks 1 - 23.
• To unlatch reel, slowly pull hose out until “clicking” stops, then let hose rewind until
spray valve rests against hose guide.
