The SETUP Menu is carried out via the TV, it enable you to customize
the DVD recorder to suit your paticular requirment. If the preferred
opttions selected are not available on a disc, then the discs own
preference wil be used.
Turn on the TV and select the appropriate video input to suit the
connections to this unit. (Refer to your TV’s owner manual.)
Connect your DVD recorder to the TV as shown on page 9.
Press
before setting if the unit is receiving the TV program.
1.
Switch power bottom on the back side to on and press SETUP in
no disc mode or full stop mode.
2.
Use / / / to select item you want.
3.
Press ENTER on remote control to confirm the selection.
4.
To exit setup menu, press SETUP again.
Setting the clock
1.
Press SETUP in no disc mode or full stop mode, “Menu” screen
appears on the TV screen.
2.
Press
to select “Setup Menu”, then press ENTER or ,
“Recording Setup” is highlighted.
3.
Press ENTER or again, “Recording Setup ”screen appears.
4.
Press
to select “Set Clock ”, then press ENTER or , “Set Clock
Setup ”screen appears.
5.
Press
/ / / repeatedly (or number buttons) to set the date
and time.
6.
Press
to select “Done” or “Cancel ”, and then press ENTER ,
“Recording Setup ”returns.
7.
To exit, press SETUP.
8.
Press Standby/on to turn off the unit , the clock appears on the FL
display.
Setting the channel
1. Press SETUP in no disc mode or full stop mode, “Menu” screen
appears on the TV screen.
2. Press
to select “Tuner Setup ”, then press ENTER or , “Watch
TV ” is highlighted.

1. Select “Watch TV ”.
2. Press ENTER to enter TV mode, TV screen appears.
