Split monitor

Setting the split monitor mode allows 

you to split the output of the CD and 

the guitar into left and right outputs. 
Press and hold the 

TMP/KEY / CD EFF

 

key to enter the CD Effect menu, and 

select 

SPLT 

by pressing either the 

PREV

 

or 

NEXT

 key. Press the 

UP

 or 

DOWN

 

key to select from the following:
 

C-G

: outputs the sound of the CD 

from the left, and the sound of the 

guitar/microphone from the right.

  

G-C

: outputs the sound of the gui-

tar/microphone from the left, and 

the CD sound from the right.

  

OFF

: outputs stereo mixed sound of 

CD  and  guitar/microphone  from 

left and right.

Using built-in effects

The top right of the display shows two 

effect  “banks,”  A  and  B.  These  two 

banks each have five “slots” numbered 

from 1 through 5 where you can store 

your own effect settings.

Effects are created from the 57 preset 

effects available (45 guitar and 12 vo-

cal). Each of the 45 guitar effect presets 

has  four  components,  while  the  vocal 

effect presets have only one. 
When a bank and slot are selected, if a 

preset effect is recalled and edited, that 

bank  slot  is  automatically  filled  with 

the edited effect.
