Deep Water
Driving in deep water, flowing or standing, is extremely dangerous. Every
attempt to avoid driving in deep water should be made prior to driving through
the water.
If driving through the water is necessary, place the vehicle in low gear and keep
the vehicle moving; do not slow down or stop.
After driving through deep water, apply the brakes several times to test operation
and dry the brake components. Always check the engine oil and transaxle oil for
signs of contamination. Replace the fluids as necessary.
If the engine becomes stalled due to water flooding, do not attempt to restart
the engine. Have the vehicle towed to the nearest authorised Tata Motors
service provider to have the vehicle inspected and the engine and transaxle oil
changed.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to start an engine that has been flooded with water!
Severe damage to the engine and other components will occur.

Driving through deep water is extremely dangerous! The vehicle
could become stranded or swept away in strong current situations.
Never attempt to cross water that is of unknown depth or higher than
