VERTICAL TOWED MIXER - TWO AUGERS
MV-30D SERIES
STEP 4: DRIVING THE MIXER
- The driving of the mixer must be adapted to the conditions of the terrain or the route
through which it circulates.
- Maintain a prudential distance to ditches, canals, gutters, slopes, ditches, etc., since it
can yield the ground and cause the mixer to tip over, together with the tractor.
- Access to the mixer, or the proximity to its work area, should be prohibited to any
person outside the operation in which it operates.
- When working with the mixer, the operator must always check that there is nobody
in the work area. Likewise, you must report the risks that exist to the personnel close
to their work area.
- During the loading of the machine the driver must ensure that there is nobody on the
silo. In case of direct loading to the tank from the automatic silo, the driver will remain
inside the cabin at all times. If the load is made with auxiliary machinery, the access of
people in the work area must be prohibited. Never exceed the load capacity of the
mixer.
- Observe the work area and the terrain, watch out for holes, rocks or other obstacles.
Always inspect the area before operation.
- Avoid sudden starts and stops. Choose a uniform level as a route during transport
through the fields.
- Do not use the mixer near the edge of slopes or terraces. Do not operate on steep
slopes. Operate from top to bottom and not through the slopes.
