USING THE MIXER
Before using the mixer, the staff in charge:
- must be properly instructed in how to use it;
- must be informed about the risks associated with its use, as well as with the security
measures to avoid them;
- must be informed about the security measures that must be adopted for its personal
protection, and the actions that must not be carried out while operating the mixer.
This mixer is the result of the vast experience accumulated by TATOMA, and its
strengths are its efficiency chopping and mixing the ingredients, as well as its minimal
wear and low maintenance cost.
The use of the mixer by trained personnel who respect the rules
and indications included in this instruction manual will prolong
the life of the machine and avoid the appearance of problems.
In the following sections, reference will be made to control elements, instruments and
different elements of the mixer already described in previous sections in this
document.
