LOADING TESTS
Half load test:
In order to familiarize yourself with the mixing system and in order to check the
correct operation of the mixer upon receipt, it is necessary to initially carry out a small
load, approximately 50% of the capacity of the tub.
You should verify that the ingredients added to the tub circulate continuously without
any retention, that the machine
doesn’t undergo efforts and that the mixer, during its
operation, does not force the tractor.
This test aims to:
1. Check the correct circulation of the product inside the tank;
2. To practice the loading of ingredients on the mixer;
3. To get a correct understanding by the user about how the system works.
Full load test:
Once the previous test is finished and before unloading, the mixer should be fully
charged to the maximum capacity of the tub.
The following operations should be carried out:
• R
etighten the wheel bolts.
• Retighten the spring bolts
Once the load tests have been completed, the general condition of the machine must
be reviewed.
Failure to carry out the above tests can cause machine malfunctions.
The breakdowns caused by the aforementioned mismatches will not
be covered by the warranty.
