Working preparation
DCCO leveling
After coupling the drawbar, check the horizontal leveling of the spreader. If required,
make any adjustment as follows:
Consult the tractor instructions manual and be sure about the drawbar possible working
positions. Use the height that provides the best leveling of the equipment.
First of all, check the length of the cardan shaft in the following way:
• Separate the cardan shaft and connect the "female" to the PTO.
• Steer the tractor in a way that the tire touches the spreader drawbar.
• Connect the "male" part of the cardan shaft to the spreader, place the bars side by
side and check if there is a minimum clearance of 05 centimeters between the male and
the female in each end.
Coupling the cardan to the PTO
NOTE
At this moment the adjustment resources of the tractor drawbar can be
used, increasing or reducing its length.
