PD / PCA / PCA PLUS - Rev. 01 - Jun/22
The PD and PCA front loaders were designed to help in several types of job. The
PCA PLUS model has a pantographic structure which assures the load leveling during
movimentation, mainly when it goes along with the front loader or front blade.
It works on coffee fields, water containment dikes and also to move and carry limestone,
fertilizer and earth.
The main feature of this equipment is the simplicity and the easy-coupling or uncoupling
from the tractor.
It can be provided with BT SC, BT CD JS S/ AR or BT CD JS AR systems:
- BT SC (Tractor pump without control valve): this system uses the pump and the control
valve from the tractor.
- BT CD JS S/ AR (Tractor pump with double control valve with joystick without quick
activation): this system uses the pump and the control valve along with the joystick
coupled to the tractor and without quick activation.
- BT CD JS AR (Tractor pump with double control valve with joystick and quick activation):
this system uses the same components as mentioned on the previous setting, but with
quick actication included.
- SHT (Tatu hydraulic system): it uses a pump with independent sprcoekts, oil reservoir
with complete filtering system and double or triple control valve.
- The Load Sense system was developed where the tractor control valve has its center
closed, where is necessary to use an especific control valve.

Prohibited use of the equipment
1. To avoid damages, serious accidents or death, it is prohibited to allow that any
people get close or under the equipment, on areas where the load can fall over or
near the up and down movements of the moving support and also the equipment
movimentation area.
2. The equipment must not be used by an inexperienced operator or one that do not
know every conduction, operation and command controlling techniques.
