Preheat the oven and bake 30 min, 180

Chop the chocolate pressing TURBO 10 seconds and
Leave aside.
Attach the mixing paddles to the blades, add the
sugar, the eggs and emulsify 2 minutes, speed 4.
Add the chopped chocolate and program 4 minutes,
40o, speed 2.
Remove the mixing paddles and add the flour, the
butter and the baking powder. Knead 1 minute at
speed “knead”.
Line a mould with butter and flower, and add the
mixture inside and oven bake for at 180º for 30
minutes, approximately.
Attach the mixing paddles to the blades. Add all the
ingredients and beat 1 minute, speed 4.
To cook the crepes heat a frying pan, spread with
butter and cover the bottom of the pan with a fine
layer of crepe mixture. When the crepe seems to rise
from frying pan, flip over and brown the other side.
Repeat this process as many times as is needed to
obtain the desired number of crepes.

delights, like cream, jam, fruit, chocolate, honey, etc.
