Place the mixing paddle on the blades and empty
all the ingredients at once into the jug. Program 1
minute, speed 4.
To cook the tulips, form discs with the help of a
spoon, on an oven tray covered with greaseproof
paper. Cook in a preheated oven at 180º until golden.
Remove, with the help of a spatula, and place each
disc on top of a glass, until cool, so as to achieve the
tulip shape.
Add the sugar, the water to the jug and program 5
minutes, 120º, speed 2.
Keep in the fridge, for at least 10 minutes.
Attach the mixing paddles to the blades. Put the
yolks to the jug. Program 12 minutes, 80º, speed
3 and when the blade starts to turn gradually
add, threadlike, the syrup that you had previously
reserved, until all has been added.
When the time is up, allow the mixture to cool so as
be able to work it with more ease.
>> This crème can be used to cover cakes. Spread
out a fine layer and gratinate.
