Instructions for use
Before use:
- Make sure that all the product’s packaging has been removed.
- Before using this product for the first time, it is advisable to test it only with
water.
- Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into
contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.
- Prepare the appliance according to the function you wish to use.
Full water tank (for cook function):
- It is essential to fill up the water tank before starting the appliance so that
operations with steam can be carried out.
- Open the lid of the filling point (A) and fill the tank up to the indicated mark.
- Close the lid.
Use:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Make sure the container is fully screwed on to the appliance.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
Steam cooking:
- Use the foods you want to cook by following the recipe.
- Place the ingredients in the container, in the basket and/or steaming tray.
- Put the lid in place.
- Turn the appliance on using the on/off switch.
- The pilot light (D) comes on.
- Once the water has boiled and is evaporating, the pilot light will automatically
switch off.
Mincer:
- Place the ingredients you want to cook in the container, put the lid on and
make sure it is fastened.
- Turn the appliance on using the on/off switch.
- Stop the appliance when the food reaches the desired texture.
Once you have finished using the appliance:
Turn off the appliance by selecting 0 on the speed regulator.
- Unplug the appliance to the mains.
- Put the cable back in the cable housing.
- Clean the appliance

Accessories:
Spatula (O):
- Use the spatula to remove the remains of food from the container.
Safety thermal protector:
- The appliance has a safety device, which protects the appliance from
overheating.
- If the appliance turns itself off and does not switch itself on again, disconnect it
from the mains supply, and wait for approximately 15 minutes before reconnec-
ting. If the machine does not start again seek authorised technical assistance.
Cleaning
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking
any cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid
and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or
abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to avoid damage to
the inner parts of the appliance.
- It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
- If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degra-
de and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance’s useful life and could
become unsafe to use.
