d) accessory for grooved mixture
-Insert the filling mouth into the motor body
securing with the clamp for the blade holder
(fig 1).
-Insert the endless screw through the outlet
mouth of the mincing head (fig2)
-Insert the accessory for base grooved
mixture (L) in the endless screw fitting the
outlets in the edge notches of the filling
mouth.
-Insert the accessory for grooved mixture
(M) in accessory (L) ensuring that the hole
and slot fit the desired opening.
-Screw the sealing ring tightly turning
clockwise to fit the accessories for grooved
mixture in the endless screw (fig 9).
- Position the tray at the top of the mincing
head.
Note: the moulded mixture comes out via
the grooved screen and can be worked and
given shape as desired.
- Switch on the appliance by pressing the
on/off switch
- Introduce the food to be prepared via the
filling mouth by pushing with the press.
- Switch off the appliance by pressing the
on/off switch
If the motor jams:
- If the motor moves slowly or stops, this
may be because the food being processed
is jammed in the mincer. In this case, use
the direction change switch for changing the
operating direction. To do so, turn the on/off
switch to position 0 and press the direction
change switch. By carrying out this ma-
noeuvre, the endless screw will release the
food (Attention: when changing the direction
of rotation, the food could come out of the
filling tube/tray). Deactivate the rotation
in the opposite direction, proceeding in
reverse order to the explanation above.
- If the motor were to continue to be
jammed, disconnect the appliance from
the power supply and disassemble the
accessories.
Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance from the power
supply and allow to cool before starting to
clean.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth
with a few drops of washing-up liquid and
then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an
acid or base ph such as bleach, or abrasive
products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not submerge the appliance in water or
any other liquid, or place it under a running
tap.
- During the cleaning process, special care
must be taken with the blades since they
are extremely sharp.
- If the appliance is not kept clean, its
surface may be damaged and this will
unavoidably affect its service life and lead
to a dangerous situation.

Consult an authorized Technical Support
Service in the event of malfunctions. Do not
try to dismantle or repair it yourself as this
may be dangerous.
