4. Product is too soft.
a. Viscosity control is set too warm.
a. Contact a service technician.

b. Worn scraper blades.
b. Replace scraper blades regularly.
c. Dirty condensers or air filters on
air-cooled machines.

d. Inadequate water supply on
water-cooled machines.
