Install firmware for TBS6902:
# wget http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/document/linux/tbs-tuner-
firmwares_v1.0.tar.bz2
# sudo tar jxvf tbs-tuner-firmwares_v1.0.tar.bz2 -C /lib/firmware/
Execute all the above commands, you should have successfully completed
installation. Reboot your computer and input the following commands to
detect if you have done it.
# reboot
# dmesg | grep frontend
If you encounter errors, you should fix the error first, and then continue to install

TBS DVB-S2 cards are compatible with streaming software such as DVBlast, astra
cesbo, tvheadend, mumudvb, you can choose the specific software based on your
needs.
DVBLast supports RTP/UDP output.
Astra Cesbo supports HTTP/HLS,RTP/UDP output.
Tvheadend supports HTTP output
