Vertically oriented menu selector.

Moves horizontally for selection of
parameter to be modified.
BAND < >
Select between the five bands on the
Com/Lim/Exp pages.
On the EQ page, the BAND keys select
which of the five EQ filters are displayed and
ready for modification.
