The crimp machine is only allowed to be used with mounted adapter and die set.
The crimp machine is only allowed to be used when it is in complete functional
condition.
When working with the Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC, do not wear loose
clothing, jewellery or long, loose hair that can get caught in the Pneum. Parallel
Crimp Machine AT-SC.
Work with caution.
In cases of a machine malfunction, production must be stopped and the
malfunction must be fixed before continuing work with the machine.
Only one person is allowed to work on or with the machine.
Only trained personal are allowed to work on or with the machine.
It is only allowed to work with the specified working pressure.
- Loosen set screw of the fine thread screw.
(Fig. 8.03)
- Press and hold down the right foot pedal.
(Fig. 8.04)
- Turn the fine thread screw counter clockwise
until it bottoms out.
- Release the foot pedal. Should the machine
does not open, abort the crimp cycle by
pressing the release button.
- Turn the fine tread screw clockwise. Repeat
adjusting procedure as described above.
- Turn the fine thread screw by a ¼ of a turn
counter clockwise. (Fig. 8.05)
- Tighten set screw of the fine thread screw. (Fig.
8.03)
INFORMATION:
