DVD VCD
Time Search and Frame search
Playback starts from the selected part.
When the frame search option is on, playback pauses at the
selected frame.
Depending on the disc, it may not be possible to search for a
specific frame.
VCD
In the stop or play mode, press the SEARCH MODE button
twice.

This function doesn't work during PBC playback of VCD.
Input the time by pressing the numeric buttons.
Example:
To select a scene 39 minutes 58 seconds from the beginning of
the disc, press 3958.

The +10 button cannot be used.

About Frame
PAL displays 25 frames per second, numbered 0-24. NTSC
displays 30 frames per second, numbered 0-29.
When the frame search option is on, you can check the frame
number by pressing the DISPLAY button in the pause mode.
Each frame may not be appear in exact order when stepping
through them. The number assigned to a specific frame may be
different when stepping through the frames in forward or
reverse mode.

DVD-Video
During playback of DVD-Video, press the SEARCH MODE
button twice.

When the frame search option is set to off, the unit enters
Time Search mode.
When the frame search option (page 42) is set to on, the unit
enters Time & Frame Search mode.
Input the time by pressing the numeric buttons.

To select a scene 39 minutes 58 seconds from the beginning of
the selected title, press

To select a scene 1 hour 50 minutes 10 seconds (110 minutes
10 seconds) from the beginning of the selected title, press
11010
.
Example (Time and Frame Search):
To select a scene 39 minutes 58 seconds from the beginning of
the selected title, press

To select a scene 1 hour 50 minutes 10 seconds (110 minutes
10 seconds) frame no.5 from the beginning of the selected title,
