Identifying the parts
POWER
Press this switch to turn the unit on or off.
STANDBY/ON
When the POWER switch is depressed, use this button to turn
the unit on or standby.
The standby indicator lights when the unit is in the standby
mode. When the unit is turned on, it goes off.
Preset Call buttons
Use these buttons to select a channel preset.
To select the channel 6 to 10, press the SHIFT button and
within 3 seconds press these buttons. When you use the
remote control unit, press the number buttons directly.

The equipment draws nominal non-operating power from
the AC outlet with its POWER switch in the OFF position.

Display
Band buttons
Use these buttons to select DAB or FM.
INFO/RDS
Use this button to choose the type of information displayed.
Press and hold this button for longer than 2 seconds. ‘System
reset’ appears on the display. Press this button again and
press the ENTER button to enter the ‘Manual Tune’ mode.
TUNING/SELECT
Use this knob (or the buttons of the remote control unit) to
tune in a station or to set the sleep time.
ENTER
Use this button to enter the selection.
SLEEP
Use this button to enter the sleep timer setting mode or
check remaining time.
AUTO SCAN
In DAB mode use this button to start scanning the stations
you can listen to. (Quick Scan: 11B to 13B)
Press and hold this button for more than 2 seconds to start
‘Full Scan’ (The unit will scan all the Band III and L-band).
REMOTE SENSOR
When operating the remote control unit, point it towards the
remote sensor.
DIMMER
Use this button to dim the display.
