9. Settings
9-4. Inputting characters as setting
values
To input characters as the value for a setting such as
“Channel name” and “Unit substitution”, touch the set-
ting value to open the character input screen.

input screen.
The currently set characters are shown in the win-
dow near the top of this screen.

Input the characters and touch the OK button.
Return to the settings screen.
The functions of the buttons other than the charac-
ters are as follows.
BS: Delete the character to the left of the cursor
OK: Confirm the input characters
Cancel: Cancel the input

: Move the cursor in the direction of the arrow
SHIFT: Touch to change input to lowercase letters
and symbols.

The menu screen has a multilevel structure. A setting
item with a submenu has a

on the right side of its
button. Touch the button to open its submenu screen.

9-6. Opening higher-level menu
screens
Press the button at the top right of the screen to return
to the previous screen.
