Playback control buttons
Use these to control playback when the input source is set to
CD.
Stop (

) button
Press this to stop CD playback.
Play (
7
) button
Press this when stopped or paused to start playback.
Pause (
9
) button
Press this during playback to pause.
Automatic power saving function
This unit has an automatic power saving function (page 27).
By default, the setting is ON.
The unit will automatically enter standby mode if no audio is output
and no operation is conducted for about 30 minutes.
Set the automatic power saving function to OFF to disable it
(page 27).
Display brightness
You can adjust the brightness of the unit’s display (page 26).
By default, the setting is Slightly BRIGHT (Stays lit dimly).
When set to AUTO OFF (automatic illumination off ), the display
turns off when not being operated.

NO DISC and other warnings will stay lit.
The upconversion function can be used with input sources
(page 25).
The relationships between input sampling frequencies and sam-
pling frequencies after upconversion are as follows.
