ST-707 Rotations Control
active until the sensor is replaced with a new one. If the HUW sensor is
damaged, press the
Menu
button, which will
turn off the alarm
and the controller will return to the single pump (CH) operation mode. To
allow the boiler to work in all modes, the sensor must be replaced with a
new one.
III.4. Anti-boiling protection for the water in the boiler
This protection is applies only to the
reboiler priority
operation mode.
When the reboiler temperature is set at e.g. 55
O
C and the actual
temperature in the boiler rises up to 62
O
C (this is the so-called priority
temperature), then the controller will turn off the feeder and the fan. If
the temperature in the boiler still rises up to 80
O
C, the CH pump will be
activated. If the temperature is still rising, the alarm will be activated at
the temperature of 85
O
C. Most often such a condition may appear when
the reboiler is damaged, the sensor is improperly fastened or the pump is
damaged. However, when the temperature is reducing the controller will
turn on the feeder and the blow-in and at the threshold of 60
O
C and will
operate in the operation mode until the temperature of 62
O
C is reached.
III.5. Temperature protection
The regulator is equipped with additional protection in the event of
damage to the bimetallic sensor. After exceeding the temperature of
85ºC, the alarm is activated - signalling the following on the display:
"
Temperature too high
". Despite the damage to the bimetallic sensor,
the controller receives information about the current temperature in the
boiler from the electronic sensor. In the case of exceeding of the alarm
temperature, the fan is turned off and both pumps begin operating
simultaneously, in order to distribute hot water across the house system.
III.6. Protection of fuel container
On the helix of the fuel feeder there is an additional sensor measuring
the temperature. Should it rise significantly (above 70O C), the alarm will
be activated; the feeder is activated for 10 minutes which causes the fuel
to flow to the combustion chamber. This way, the helix sensor protects
the fuel in the container from being ignited.
III.7.
Fuel container protection
On the fuel feeder there is an additional temperature measuring
sensor. In the event of its significant increase (above 70O C), the alarm
is activated; the feeder is activated every 10 minutes, which causes
pushing the fuel to the combustion chamber. This way the feeder sensor
