The tests
PWC modified test (Physical Working Capacity)
There is no specific warm up stage for the PWC modified test; you are advised to warm up
for a few minutes before the test.
This is a test with constant heart rate, like the previous test; however, it lasts for minutes
rather than : each step lasts minutes, with the PWC test loads described above.
During the cool down, the results are scrolled on the alphanumeric display:
power at 170 bpm = 130 watts
for users up to 0 years old;
power at 150 bpm = 150 watts
for users more than 0 years old.
When the STOP key is pressed, or if there is no heart rate signal for 00 consecutive seconds,
the test is cancelled, then it ends without giving any result.
