The profiles
The exercises of the different sessions consist of multiple steps, like the personal profiles in
section 3.7.2
. The
goal (time, calories or distance) is always the same for the whole training program as it is specific to the type
of Wellness Key.
When the Wellness Key is inserted, the session number and the total goal value are displayed on the dial.
During the exercise the goal arc lights up proportionally, from left to right, until the entire goal value has
expired; the numerical value of the goal is indicated on the goal arc incrementally.
The following keys are enabled:

the STOP and PAUSE keys

the speed and gradient edit keys, which edit the target power in the constant power profiles, the heart
rate in the constant heart rate profiles

the goal value edit keys
At the end of the exercise the speed and gradient decrease for the cool down.
The modifications to the load and value of the goal carried out during an exercise will also apply to the following
session, according to a specific progression system.
There is a minimum limit for the modification of the goal value, under which the session is not valid. If during
the exercise the goal is decreased below the minimum value,one of the following messages is displayed,
according to the type of goal, that warns of the minimum value:
session will not be saved if you do less than 10’10"
session will not be saved if you do less than 300 cal
session will not be saved if you do less than 10.0 km
