OOLDOWN TIME

 

It is possible to set the cooldown time for each exercise, ranging from 5 to 180 seconds. To change 
the setting, when the display shows the currently selected maximum time: 
Press the 

ENTER

 key to change the value: The current parameter value starts to blink on the 

display; use the 

 and 

 keys to increase or decrease the value, or use the 

+/- GOAL

 keys to scroll 

through and modify the individual digits.

 to confirm the operation, use the

preceding parameter. 

 

The default value of this parameter is 60. 
 
If you are exercising with a TGS key, the cooldown will be stopped if you extract the key.
