ISASSEMBLING TH FLYWHEEL

Carry out the procedure described in paragraph:
7.7.1. “Disassembling the centre guard” and
7.7.3. “Disassembling the bottom centre guard”.
To facilitate the subsequent operations:
1.
Mark the position on the perforated plate
indicated in the figure, using a marker pen.
2.
Loosen the screw

, back off the nut

and remove it.
3.
Use a 13mm wrench for leverage on the shaft
and remove the wrench

Back off the 4 bolts
(x)
using a 6mm
hexagonal wrench, and holding the nut on the
opposite side in place with a 13mm
hexagonal wrench.
5.
Slacken the belt tension by turning the screw
(y)
with an 8mm wrench.
6.
Slacken the tension of the belt.

Back off the screw
(a)
using a 5mm
hexagonal wrench, and holding the nut

in
place with a 10mm wrench.
8.
At this point, all tension will be removed
from the belt

CAUTION: During reassembly, adjust
the belt tension according to the
marks made previously; if
reassembling the old belt, adjust the
tension as described in paragraph: 8.1.
