8.6 THERMAL DIFFERENTIAL
It is the difference between the temperature value set by the knob and the switch-on or
switch-off temperature of the system.
For example, having set a temperature of 20 ° C and a differential of 0.3 ° C, the system switches
on when the temperature reaches 19.7 ° C and turns off when it reaches 20.3 ° C.
By choosing the differential based on the type of system, continuous switching on and off is
avoided. Therefore we recommend a low thermal differential for systems with high thermal
inertia (systems with cast iron radiators) and the high one for low inertia systems
(eg ventilators, fan coils, etc...).
To change this value you have to:
8.6.1 Repeat steps 8.0.1 to 8.0.3 selecting the mode diff.
8.6.2 Use or to set the desired value between 0.1 and 1.
8.6.3 Press OK to confirm or press + simultaneously to return to the
advanced menu.
