USE
Press the
“M” button to turn on the scale.
To stop the scale press and hold button
“M” for three seconds.
Note : To save battery life, the scale switches off automatically if it is not used
for two minutes.
The default unit is grams. To change the unit, position the button on "UNIT" and
press the button.
Note : Each time you press, the unit changes to every unit & back to the gram.
To tare a container on the scale, place the container and press "TARE". => The
device will reset to zero taking into account the weight of the container.
Notes : By pressing "Tare", the weight of the container will have no impact on
the total weight of the measure, but it will be taken into account in the
capacity of the scale.
Each time you press TARE, the weight will return to 0. It will be possible
to weigh several ingredients, in a row, in the same bowl and for the
same weighing.
It is also possible, with this scale, to weigh and add the weight of 5
ingredients.

The scale can accurately measure when the weight is less than 8000g. If the
weight exceeds the capacity of the scale, the LCD will display “Err” = overload.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean the exterior of the appliance with a slightly damp sponge or cloth or with
a little alcohol or glass cleaner.
• Parts in contact with food such as : Bowl (removable), Fork, Spatula etc.
should be cleaned in hot water with a sponge and dish soap or washed in the
dishwasher.
• This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose it to moisture. Never immerse it in
water or any other liquid!
• Do not use soap or other chemicals.
• Never use abrasive products, a wire brush or other sharp object.
• Keep the scale away from water, corrosive liquids, heat and extreme cold.
• The scale must not be manhandled as this may will damage or disturb the high
precision weight sensor.
• The scale is for private use and is not suitable for commercial use.
• If the scale does not work well, change the batteries.
• Make sure that the scale is at room temperature, and on a stable horizontal
surface without vibrations.
• Store the scale in a clean, dry place. Dust, dirt and moisture can build up on
electronic sensors and can deteriorate the weighing.
